Church of All Saints 1773-1775

A monument of architecture of national importance (security number 1593 N).

In the XVIII century, Pochaiv Monastery became a significant center of Uniate monastic life. Along with the development of publishing and education, significant construction was carried out here.

In 1773, thanks to the founder Mykola Pototskyi, Pope Clement XIV crowned the Pochaiv icon of the Mother of God and added it to the number of miraculous shrines. Near the monastery, in the field were celebrations, dedicated to this event and later during 1773-1775, was built a chapel in the late Baroque style.

This Temple was built in a rotunda shape with a rectangular porch decorated by molding, and one-dome.

The Church of All Saints stands near the Lavra, at the end of Lypova Street. Near the church, there is a functioning historical monastery cemetery of the late XVIII–XX centuries. Here was buried Reverend St. Amphilochius – chiropractor and doctor of the XX century.
